I’ve been having dreams about this house for many years. Of course, being incapable of drawing or painting, i haven’t been able to somehow visualize these images. When Midjourney AI came around i decided to give it a chance, and write the AI a short paragraph describing the house from my dreams. It took a little time, but eventually the results were almost exactly what i remember from my dreams.
I think the future of AI as a tool for allowing people with no ‘art skills’ to be able to visualize their dreams is a huge leap forward. Imagine being able to ask your 90 year old grandmother to describe what life looked like when she was a child, and have the computer turn out images right from her mind’s eye? I think the possibilities are very exciting.
